Job description:

Role & Responsibilities

1. Work with relevant parties/stakeholders to advise business users on technology adoption and system alignment.
2. Support the collation of business requirements from cluster stakeholders to recommend suitable IT solutions.
3. Perform annual cost assessments for enhancements and new requirements.
4. Participate in cluster/institution workgroups and committees to support IT initiatives.
5. Conduct problem analysis, identify opportunities, define improvement measures, and propose recommendations.
6. Assist in problem analysis, opportunity identification, and support proposal development to management.
7. Support yearly IT budget reviews for the cluster/institution.
8. Handle IT requests as directed by management, aligning with Synapxe's objectives.
9. Support ERM/BCP planning for the cluster/institution.
10. Coordinate IT setup and participation in audits and exercises (e.g., JCI, DR, Mass Casualty, etc.).
11. Track KPIs for initiatives (e.g., Clinical Documentation Adoption rate).
12. Assist in verifying and reviewing CAPEX and OPEX IT budgets and utilization.
13. Support IT governance and approval processes review.
14. Assist in reviewing IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

1. Relevant Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Experience in MS Windows environment & application support.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
4. Resourceful, proactive, flexible, and with an excellent attitude.
5. Good written and presentation skills.
6. Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
7. Knowledge of healthcare industry IT and business processes is a plus.
