Job description:
Role & Responsibilities
- Work with relevant parties/stakeholders to advise business users on technology adoption and system alignment.
- Support the collation of business requirements from cluster stakeholders to recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Perform annual cost assessments for enhancements and new requirements.
- Participate in cluster/institution workgroups and committees to support IT initiatives.
- Conduct problem analysis, identify opportunities, define improvement measures, and propose recommendations.
- Assist in problem analysis, opportunity identification, and support proposal development to management.
- Support yearly IT budget reviews for the cluster/institution.
- Handle IT requests as directed by management, aligning with Synapxe's objectives.
- Support ERM/BCP planning for the cluster/institution.
- Coordinate IT setup and participation in audits and exercises (e.g., JCI, DR, Mass Casualty, etc.).
- Track KPIs for initiatives (e.g., Clinical Documentation Adoption rate).
- Assist in verifying and reviewing CAPEX and OPEX IT budgets and utilization.
- Support IT governance and approval processes review.
- Assist in reviewing IT policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Relevant Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Experience in MS Windows environment & application support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Resourceful, proactive, flexible, and with an excellent attitude.
- Good written and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry IT and business processes is a plus.
