Job summary

GMP Technologies (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks a Lead / Senior System Test Engineer in Singapore to drive system-level testing of semiconductor inspection equipment, covering software, hardware, vision, mechanics and related modules.

You will develop test plans, manage test cases, analyze results, and mentor the system test team, ensuring quality and timely product delivery through close collaboration with R&D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Electronics, or related engineering.
• Experience testing semiconductor inspection or automation equipment.
• Strong knowledge of system testing methodologies (functional, performance, reliability).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional communication.
• At least 5 years of team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level testing and qualification of semiconductor inspection equipment.
• Develop test plans, strategies and cases; improve coverage across operating conditions.
• Plan and conduct functional, performance, stability, and abnormal tests; produce reports.
• Work with software, hardware, algorithm and mechanical teams to close issues.
• Support project-specific testing; reproduce and verify customer-reported issues with R&D.
• Develop and manage the system test team; improve processes and knowledge databases.
