Job description

The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for deploying and maintaining Windows platform and solutions for our clients:

• Perform IT administration and onsite support at office sites of clients from various industries

• Expect to travel 3 or more sites each day

• Support Managers to guide junior engineers to complete daily tasks

• Advise clients on systems gaps and suggest improvements to clients’ systems

• Plan and deliver infrastructure projects within timelines and budgets

• Perform research on new solutions as requested by Director

  Requirements:

• 5 years’ hands-on experience with Windows environment, and experience in implementing servers will be an advantage

• Candidates with a Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or relevant studies

• Possession of Microsoft-related certificates such as MCSA or other technical qualifications is preferred

• Hands-on experience with Windows environment, and experience in troubleshooting, configuring servers and email support will be advantageous

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skill

• Independent and able to work with all levels of personnel

• Able to work within tight timelines with good prioritisation skills

• Good analytical and problem solving skills
