Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and support hardware, software, and network installation and maintenance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement proactive measures.
- Ensure operational systems meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and operational activities efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Provide timely project documentation and reports.
- Handle standby duties as needed.
Requirements
- Experience with Windows Server OS, Unix/Linux OS, and virtualization environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive, dynamic, with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with good interpersonal skills. Knowledge of VPN, firewall appliances, routers, switches, and hardware (servers, SAN, NAS).
- Experience in OS, system, and network hardening, as well as patch management.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure services such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange, databases, web, or app servers.
