Job description

Location: Bukit Merah
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hour, occasional commit on Sat

Key Responsibilities

• Manage stock planning and maintain accurate inventory across 200+ SKUs
• Forecast demand, analyze trends, and minimize wastage
• Negotiate with suppliers/customers and oversee costings & pricing
• Provide weekly reports and flag key demand shifts to Management
• Collaborate with Sales to drive stock movement, especially for expiring items
• Enhance SOPs and ERP (Navision) workflows for operational efficiency

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar industry
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, solver, simulations, reporting)
• Excellent forecasting, planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on, tech-savvy, with solid ERP experience (Navision required)
• Clear communicator with a proactive work ethic
