Who We Are Looking For?
As a Senior Supply Chain Executive, you will be responsible for all supply chain planning and related responsibilities, including supply planning, inventory management, in-store availability, order fulfillment, and data analysis throughout the order fulfillment process.
What Awaits You:
Understand the process of forecasting and replenishment of finished goods planning, as well as concepts such as “safety stocks,” “working stocks,” and “stock weeks cover” to maintain a healthy balance between overstock and out of stock.
Analyze and manage stock and purchase order-related data effectively to achieve optimized allocation.
Work closely with buyers and stores to establish an efficient demand and supply process.
Generate and analyze reports to support demand/forecast/supply information and make appropriate recommendations.
Effectively manage stock order and allocation, ensuring stock levels across all stores are healthy and within established KPIs.
Post promotions recommendation of top-ups.
Suggest new Min-max setup in Retek upon analysis of stock situation at stores.
Manage stock returns or rebalancing from stores and warehouses to mitigate SMS situations.
Ensure smooth coordination with relevant parties (Forwarders, Customs, Vendors, Warehouse, etc.).
Assist in concourse coordination with the ops team and warehouse.
Participate in the department’s continuous improvement program.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
We Are Excited About You If You Have:
A Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or a relevant discipline.
A minimum of one to two years of relevant working experience in supply chain roles. Those with retail-related experience will be an advantage.
Able to work independently and in a team, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Analytical, take initiatives and ownership, process-oriented.
Self-driven, organized, and able to work long hours when required.
Positive work attitude and able to work under pressure.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient with MS Office and good with systems.
Strong in demand planning and inventory analysis.
Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
Ability to multi-task and be process-driven.
