- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of industry experience in quality or manufacturing engineering.
- 8+ years in a quality management role with direct supplier interaction.
- Demonstrated experience in quality control and testing of electronic components and assemblies.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing and PCBA processes.

**Role of Supplier Quality Engineer:**
As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will interface with AWS Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning teams, and suppliers to manage infrastructure equipment quality, including qualification, monitoring, issue resolution, and development initiatives. You will lead engagements across multiple teams to establish and maintain quality systems, identify defects, and drive process improvements without risking availability. Developing suppliers to meet AWS standards for electrical, electro-mechanical, and security equipment is key.
