Job summary

The Public Service Division seeks a Senior Executive in the Student Development & Recognition Department to coordinate support services for ITE students, partnering with ITE Colleges and HQ Divisions. You will provide holistic social work support to students-at-risk and engage families and community partners.

In this role you will document and monitor student cases, manage records in the student administration system, and work with government agencies to enable students to complete their studies

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail, and adept at time management with high numeracy skills.
• Good knowledge of social services landscape in Singapore.
• Adept in data analysis, visualization and management of statistical data for submissions to government agencies.
• Adaptable and flexible in juggling multiple projects and working under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the provision of student services in ITE, including student benefits and student care services to support at-risk students.
• Liaise with Colleges to document, track, monitor and report student cases and collate relevant data.
• Collaborate with government and community agencies to provide holistic care and support to students.
• Process and manage student records in ITE's student administration system.
• Cover other student development policies and programmes as assigned.
