Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Architecture, Building, Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Singapore.
Experience in A&A for Industrial/Commercial Projects in Singapore is a MUST.
Registered Resident Engineer under Institution of Engineers (IES).

Responsibilities

Oversee overall project management, planning, and control including project budget analysis and profitability.
Manage all site work including cash flow planning, costing, contract administration, delivery management and progress to meet high standards and safety requirements.
Draft contracts, analyze bids, and award contracts as part of tender document preparation.
Maintain client satisfaction and inform them of potential new business prospects.
