China Communications Construction Company Limited (Singapore Branch) is seeking a Senior BIM Modeller (Structural) to join our Technical Team for a residential project. You will develop and maintain accurate BIM models, support design coordination, and ensure high-quality construction deliverables.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, hands-on experience with Revit and Navisworks, and at least four years of BIM modelling experience, with senior opportunities for

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years BIM modelling experience, preferably in residential/condominium projects.
• Experience with Revit and Navisworks required.

Responsabilités

• Interpret drawings and develop, update, and maintain BIM models
• Handle CBP model shop drawing submissions
• Produce BIM documentation with proper title block for submission
• Create and modify BIM Object Families (parametric and non-parametric)
• Maintain records of BIM and drawing versions, ensuring BEP compliance
• Coordinate and communicate with team members for clarifications
• Support the Design Team in coordinating with stakeholders
