Responsibilities:

1. Understand and comply with all warehouse-related safety, quality, and operating processes.
2. Perform 5S in the warehouse.
3. Carry out warehousing activities including inbound, outbound, and cycle counts in a timely and orderly manner.
4. Conduct visual inspections and report any non-conformities or exceptions from shipments.
5. Support the supervisor to achieve all required KPIs.
6. Perform general warehousing duties such as maintaining database integrity, stocktaking, material handling, and documentation control.
7. Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
8. Participate in process improvement initiatives and their implementation.
9. Basic proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
10. Ability to operate MHE (forklift/reach truck/VNA turret stock picker).
11. Basic knowledge of WMS.
12. Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations.
13. Forklift license is a plus.
14. GCE 'N' Levels qualification.
