Job summary

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, order fulfillment, and outbound processes.
  • Coordinate with clients to manage order processing, inventory levels, and service requirements.
  • Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment rate.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support system implementation, updates, and troubleshooting (e.g., WMS, TMS).
  • Liaise with transport providers for timely dispatch and delivery coordination.
  • Analyze operational data and provide reports to management with actionable insights.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Supervise and guide junior staff or contract workers when required.
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in contract logistics, 3PL operations, or warehouse management.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and warehouse best practices.
  • Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and MS Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in logistics operations.
