Job summary

ESG Enterprise Singapore is seeking a role within the Quality & Excellence Group – Standards (Services) Division to help drive sustainability and electrical standards development. You will work across government, industry bodies and technical experts to shape governance, roadmaps and international engagement.

You will lead initiatives to build industry capability, plan standards workplans, and cultivate a robust pipeline of standards professionals through targeted programmes.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive governance.
• Ability to develop compelling standardisation strategies and roadmaps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategic discussions with government agencies, industry bodies and technical experts to identify emerging technologies and regulatory developments.
• Translate insights into forward-looking standards roadmaps for Sustainability and Electrical & Electronics sectors.
• Manage standards development organisations to robust governance, quality outcomes and international engagement.
• Lead the Young Professionals Programme for standards by designing and delivering workshops and engagement activities.
