Job summary

Silicon Labs in Singapore invites a Senior/Staff Product Engineer to own engineering deliverables from NPI through successful product launches. You’ll work with Design, Test, Quality, and Manufacturing to meet cost, performance, and reliability goals across BLE, Zigbee, Wi‑Fi, and Matter.

You’ll define guardbands, run stress tests, analyze yield data, and drive corrective actions while mentoring junior engineers to scale product quality in high-volume production.

Qualifications

• Strong background in product or test engineering for high-volume semiconductor products.
• Experience with data analysis tools and scripting for problem solving.
• Familiarity with analog/mixed-signal ICs or RF-enabled devices.

Responsibilities

• Own product engineering deliverables from NPI through launches and ramp.
• Define guardbands and stress-test strategies for robust releases.
• Analyze yield and test data to resolve issues affecting cost, quality, and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and improve engineering practices.

As a Senior/Staff Product Engineer, you’ll work closely with Design, Test, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to ensure our wireless SoCs and modules meet aggressive cost, performance, and reliability goals.The team supports a wide range of technologies including Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Zigbee, Wi-Fi, and Matter, and partners cross-functionally to optimize test coverage, yield, and customer returns.
