Job summary

A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced healthcare manager to assist in managing a Welfare Home. The successful candidate will ensure efficient delivery of healthcare services, compliance with relevant legislation, and continuous improvement of healthcare practices. Candidates must hold a Degree or Advanced Diploma in Nursing and be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ supervisory experience in related fields.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory, management, or leadership role.
  • Preferably with experience in aged care, social service, or therapy-integrated environments.
  • Strong knowledge in policy development, quality management, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Superintendent in managing the Welfare Home.
  • Plan, manage, and oversee the safe and efficient delivery of quality healthcare services to residents.
  • Ensure all healthcare services comply with relevant legislation, SOPs, service standards, guidelines, and official directives.
  • Provide preventive and curative medical care to residents under the supervision and direction of medical doctor(s).
  • Support continuous improvement of healthcare practices within the Home.
