Who We Need

You will work alongside the Nursing Leaders to deliver patient-centred and compassionate nursing care to our patients in the Operating Theatre.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Assist surgeon(s) during operative procedures. Ensure that appropriate documentation is done.
• Carry out Scrub/ AU nurse responsibilities in accordance with procedure(s).
• Coordinate with other units, escort and orient patients to ensure safe and seamless patient transport and transfer.
• Post-operative recovery care.
• Participate in the review of nursing protocols, policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

How to Succeed

• Experience in Cardiothoracic/ Open Heart Surgery is a must.
• Willing to be deployed to multidisciplinary surgeries as needed.
• Strong team player, self-starter with a strong sense of initiative, agility, and perseverance in starting and building a strong culture in performance & engagement.
• Able to commit to a 5-day work week and work on-call/ standby duties.
• Possess either a Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board license.
