Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse to join our team in a specialised Women's Clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing concierge services, optimizing patient experience, and promoting holistic, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Enhance concierge services, optimize patient experience, and promote holistic, evidence-based care.
• Manage patients' feedback
• Demonstrate nursing competencies for Gynaecology patients.
• Maintain and care for tools and supplies, including the emergency trolley, oxygen tanks, medical supplies, clinic supplies, and blankets.
• Exhibit assurance and competence when preparing patients for all procedures.
• Perform tasks such as injection, blood taking, and dispensing medication for patients.
• Handle billing, Medisave submission, and financial counselling for patients.
• Maintain quality records according to guidelines.
• Participate in the orientation and induction of new staff.
• Monitor and assess the performance of junior staff.
• Plan roster and staff coverage.
• Perform other ad hoc roles as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of OB&G experience
• Valid BCLS and AED certification is a plus
• Immediate starter is preferred
