Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Staff Nurse to join the West side polyclinics and deliver safe care for patients with acute and chronic conditions. You will perform assessments, treatments and follow-up care, while supporting nurse-led services in chronic disease management.

Responsibilities include health education, vaccinations, and lifestyle counselling, plus medication administration and strong collaboration with physicians.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years' Staff Nurse experience, in community/primary healthcare settings is a strong advantage.
• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
• BCLS & AED Certified
• Degree or Diploma in Nursing
