Job summary

PANCARE MEDICAL CLINIC PTE. LTD. in Jurong East is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality client care in a fast-paced setting. The role requires nursing registration, a recognized diploma, and strong collaboration with physicians and support staff.

Rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays may apply. Training and compliance with regulatory guidelines are emphasized to ensure patient safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent recognized by Singapore Nursing Board.
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification will be an advantage
• Entry levels welcome to apply
• Individuals possessing community nursing experience, along with a robust clinical knowledge and specialized expertise in Hospitals, Transitional Care Facilities, Nursing Home management, or Day Care Centres, will have added advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance standards.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with positive work attitude and strong commitment towards service excellence
• Ability to work in a team and in a fast pace environment
• Willing to work shifts, on weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Deliver client care, including addressing medical emergencies, managing medications, and ensuring adherence to nursing protocols and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate client medical records and schedules for medical follow-ups
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the medical team.
• Collaborate with physicians, colleagues, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
