Job description

Senior Staff Nurse

• Location: Pasir Panjang
• Working days : 5.5days
• Mon - Friday 8am-4pm or 9am to 5pm
• Sat / Sunday 9am-1pm
• $4300 - $5000

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment.
• Coordinate patient care and provide quality nursing care for an assigned group of patients.
• Demonstrate competency in clinical nursing skills and knowledge
• Provide patient education for family members.
• Record and maintain proper accurate documentation of patient\'s progress.
• Assists doctors and attend to emergency calls whenever necessary.
• Perform appropriate interventions for effective patient\'s outcomes.
• Manage and monitor medical supplies, equipment and consumables inventory
• Practise safety and infection control precautionary measures
• Participate in patients\' rehabilitation, involving the patients\' family.
• Manage rendered in the notes, medication records and charts of patients.
• Participate in medical emergencies or crisis situations as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Diploma in nursing , SNB registered
• With relevant years of experience in nursing home, Geriatric or Palliative Care Setting
• Senior Staff Nurse with experience in leading a team
