Senior to Staff-Level Hardware Developer (Mechanical)

What You’ll Do:

1. Develop & innovate – Design and implement mechanical modules and sensors with a focus on reliability and efficiency in driving product excellence in executing development tests, optimize series solutions, and ensure process efficiency.
2. Lead & collaborate – Provide technical leadership to mechanical designers while working closely with multifunctional, international teams (R&D, production engineering, procurement, quality management, and suppliers).
3. Own the lifecycle – Support product life cycle activities, ensuring long-term performance and efficiency.
4. Communicate & travel – Collaborate with global teams and travel internationally for both short- and long-term assignments.
5. Stakeholder engagement – Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and key technical decisions to management and stakeholders.

What You Bring:

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Sc or M.Sc) or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in product development within relevant industries.
2. Strong technical expertise in mechanical design, sensor technology, and precision engineering.
3. Proficiency in PLM tools (e.g., Teamcenter) and 2D/3D CAD with advanced documentation knowledge (GD&T).
4. Excellent communication skills – Fluent in English (technical & social) and Mandarin proficiency is required to interact with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
5. Preferred experience in 2K molding technology.
