Job summary

Realtek Singapore Private Limited is seeking a senior embedded firmware engineer to design, implement, and maintain firmware for AiOT SoC platforms. You will collaborate with algorithm teams to optimize signal processing and ensure robust real-time performance on ARM Cortex-M and/or RISC-V cores.

You will work with hardware bring-up, validation, and production release, develop tests and diagnostics, and mentor engineers while contributing to coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of embedded firmware development experience in real-time systems.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded targets.
• Knowledge of digital signal processing
• Experience with ARM Cortex-M and/or RISC-V processors.
• Understanding of embedded debugging techniques using JTAG, SWD, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers.
• Experience with firmware development throughout the product lifecycle, including bring-up, integration, validation, and production release.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, or signal analysis tools for algorithm validation and performance analysis.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across multiple development teams.
