Job summary

Reolink is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (Senior/Lead) to ensure high availability and stability of our home and business security platforms. You will monitor, respond to alerts, and lead on-call duties while driving automation and scalable infrastructure.

The role requires 5+ years in cloud services and operations, with experience leading a small team. Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD is essential; experience with AWS/Azure/GCP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud services and application operations.
• Experience as Senior SRE or leading a small team preferred.
• Familiar with cloud deployment and management across AWS/Azure/GCP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high availability and stability of application systems.
• Monitor, respond to alerts, on-call duties, and performance tuning.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and data protection laws and audits.
• Manage changes and releases with rollback strategies.
• Design automation tools and optimize infrastructure for scalability.
• Provide operational documentation and feedback for system design.
