Job description

Are you passionate about building relationships and selling sponsorship? Our client are a fantastic B2B exhibitions business, creating world renowned exhibitions across multiple industries.

They are looking to hire a senior sales manager in the Singapore office. The ideal candidate will have a B2B exhibitions background, be a confident seller and good relationship builder, to help grow their portfolio.

The Role as Senior Sales Manager

  • Identifying and engaging with potential sponsors
  • Daily sales activities to hit KPIs and revenue targets; selling booth space, advertising, sponsorship and combined solutions for clients
  • Driving rebooking and renewal of clients for retention and growth
  • Ensuring consistent sales reporting through CRM and weekly reports
  • Working with the event director to ensure sales strategy is executed
  • Represent the brand at the exhibition and resolve any issues
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, associations, media partners and exhibitors

Your Experience and profile as a Senior Sales Manager

  • Ideally 5 years+ Sales experience within events, B2B or exhibitions.
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed revenue targets
  • A relevant degree within journalism, marketing, communications or similar
  • A positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Quick thinker and problem solver
  • Able to work individually and in a team
