Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop person-centered therapy plans.
• Perform bedside swallow screenings and dysphagia management.
• Train family members and care partners on communication strategies and safe feeding techniques.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.
