Your Role

As a Senior Specialist in the Acquisition team, you will focus on enhancing satisfaction for owners and guests through a user-centric approach. You will leverage strategic thinking and data-driven decisions to improve processes, build relationships, and drive growth. The role requires over 4 years of business development experience, a Masters in Business Administration or related field, and a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

About You

  • 6 years of business development experience
  • Masters in Business Administration or related field
  • Ability to build and maintain a lead pipeline to meet supply targets
  • Effective negotiation skills to secure favorable terms
  • Experience in addressing retention, grievance management, and property performance
  • Proficiency in managing lead documentation and data tracking
  • Ability to identify emerging markets and monitor competitors
  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills

Prior experience in acquiring villas is an added advantage.
