Senior Specialist (Rewards) - N.Tan
Our client is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Rewards Specialist to join Group HR team. In this role, you will support the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs across the Group.
You will play a key part in executing initiatives such as annual salary reviews, short- and long-term incentive plans, market benchmarking, benefits harmonization, and compensation structure optimization. The ideal candidate thrives in a data-driven environment, is confident working across regions, and is adept at managing both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Group’s annual salary and bonus review cycles
Administer and oversee short-term and long-term incentive programs
Conduct market benchmarking exercises and ensure competitive pay structures
Support and manage Group-level employee benefits programs, including insurance renewals and policy reviews
Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Review, harmonize, and enhance compensation and benefits policies across different markets
Manage and maintain HR systems (e.g., Prosoft, SAP, in-house platforms) to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferably with HR specialization)
At least 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably within a regional or MNC environment
Strong technical knowledge of compensation structures, incentive design, and benefits frameworks
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI proficiency is an added advantage
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Prosoft, SAP, or similar systems
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Proven ability to manage complex projects from ideation through to execution
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — capable of translating complex data into actionable business insights
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying inefficiencies and implementing streamlined, automated solutions
