Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, Product Management
The senior specialist, product management for AI Fraud solutions will be a part of the APAC regional product team responsible for managing AI/ML fraud management suite of solutions across the region. The regional team supports acquirers and issuers in managing their fraud through a comprehensive suite of solutions solving specific pain points. We are a highly functional team, growing and increasing the presence of our solutions and capabilities in the region. We collaborate with various stakeholders within Mastercard such as global product, regional account management, divisions team, and Services BD to bring value with our suite of products.
The senior specialist will play a critical role in our evolution in the region with divisional focus as well as contribute to overall regional strategy. They will be responsible for driving execution of our innovative solutions with a focus on commercialization, capturing new customer segments and opportunities while ensuring execution on existing initiatives is per the plan.
We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency who can think creatively, execute reliably, and work cross-functionally. In addition, the role requires an individual who can demonstrate discipline in prioritizing efforts, and the ability to be comfortable managing through ambiguity.
