About the opportunity

We are looking for a Senior PMO/Project Manager - Tech & Product to join our EU & APAC Consumer Platform team and reinvent on-demand delivery with us.

The EU & APAC Consumer Platform team at Delivery Hero consists of talented and driven professionals from around the world who collaborate closely with our entities globally to provide an exceptional experience to our customers. We support brands like foodpanda, foodora, and Yemeksepeti across 17 markets in the EU and APAC regions. The Product PMO team within Product Operations manages complex projects and processes involving various stakeholders, including the implementation of cross-vertical product & tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Driving Global Projects End-to-End: Take full ownership of the entire project lifecycle for multiple high-priority global initiatives, including defining scope, establishing timelines, overseeing execution, and ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.
• Project Organization, Monitoring, and Risk Management: Architect project structures, implement monitoring mechanisms, proactively identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Cross-Functional Coordination and Interdependency Management: Orchestrate workstreams and initiatives within each project, manage interdependencies, and ensure seamless progress across teams.
• Facilitating Communication and Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear communication across teams, act as a central contact point, and provide regular project updates to senior management.
• Change Management and Global Engagement: Analyze project changes, develop engagement strategies, and promote adoption across diverse teams in multiple locations.
• PMO Framework Contribution: Contribute to the development and refinement of our PMO framework, methodologies, and tools.

What you need to be successful

• Over 8 years of proven experience in project management, especially leading complex, cross-functional projects, ideally in product development, tech, or e-commerce. Experience in food delivery is a plus.
• Success in managing global projects with distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of project, process, and change management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments.
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Forward-thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
• Capable of handling constraints outside your control and managing ambiguity.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• (Project Management Certification such as PMP, AgilePM, or Six Sigma is advantageous.)
• Experience in developing and implementing PMO frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycles is beneficial.
