Job Description
HR Crew Operational-Related Matters
- Manage the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence (e.g., CCA, NPL), and offboarding.
- Ensure HR procedures and processes are executed accurately and promptly according to company policies.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and specialists to plan and implement HR programs, maintaining clear communication across teams.
- Implement policies and measures, ensuring subject-matter experts are available to assist employees with queries.
- Coordinate with Payroll to deliver accurate payroll instructions.
- Maintain data integrity for all employee records, including personal info, employment letters, leave administration, bonuses, and salary adjustments.
- Prepare and issue relevant letters for confirmation, extension, promotion, and contract renewal.
- Support work pass-related documentation and processes.
- Respond to employee queries via ESC, Workchat, and email, ensuring case resolutions within SLA.
Employee Lifecycle Process Improvement/Management
- Partner with HRBP/TA teams to build strong employee connections and gather feedback to enhance HR processes and policies.
- Develop insights from various tools and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with the HR Ecosystem team on process audits, reporting, and new requirements.
HR Projects & Initiatives
- Drive process improvements and automation to streamline HR workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Coordinate with IT, Finance, Payroll, and other stakeholders to propose and implement process reengineering solutions.
- Lead or participate in projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Skills/Experience/Competencies Required
- Passionate about HR and people development.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant HR field preferred.
- 5-8 years of HR-related experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of government and statutory regulations.
- Proven track record in delivering excellent employee experiences and process improvements.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, resourcefulness, and self-motivation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Enjoys working in a fun yet driven environment.
- Interest in aviation is a plus.
