A leading medical technology company in Singapore is seeking a Senior Specialist in Hub Operation & Customer Service. This role involves managing inventory records, overseeing order processing, and ensuring compliance with regulations in the supply chain. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the Medical Devices sector, and possess strong skills in ERP systems and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management.
• Experience in Medical Devices and Pharma preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

Senior Specialist Hub Operation & Customer Service

As the Inventory & Stock Management and Order Management Executive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate inventory records and zero stock variance. You will be in charge of maintaining batch-level tracking, monitoring expiry and damaged stock, and ensuring timely removal to prevent financial loss. Additionally, you will need to oversee order processing turnaround time (TAT) compliance, from receipt to delivery, and coordinate stock reconciliation with channel partners and logistics providers.You will also play a crucial role in managing sales returns, credit notes, warehouse operations, and logistics. This includes reviewing and approving sales returns and credit notes, monitoring warehouse temperature control for sensitive products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.In terms of customer and sales team coordination, you will be responsible for facilitating meetings with the sales team, documenting key action points, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. You will also support ISO implementation, address product complaints and quality concerns, and investigate non-conformities and service-related complaints efficiently.Financial control and cost validation will be another key aspect of your role. You will need to validate operational costs, maintain accurate record-keeping for inventory and compliance activities, and provide timely reports to management on key operational metrics and stock movements.To excel in this role, you should have a Graduation/Post Graduation in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field, with a preference for B.Pharma/M.Pharma. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory, or supply chain management is required, with experience in Medical Devices and Pharma being preferred. Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools is essential, along with experience working with 3PL/4PL logistics and channel partners. Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of ISO standards and compliance regulations will also be advantageous for this position.,
