    Location:DehradunExperience:8-10 YearsKey responsibilities:Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced HR Generalist with 8-10 years of progressive HR experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and HR policy development. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding processes. Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company objectives. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable offerings. Conduct performance evaluations, implement performance improvement plans, and support employee career development. Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals. Maintain and manage HR records and ensure accurate documentation of employee data. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, etc. Lead initiatives for employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion. Utilize HR software and tools to streamline HR processes and reporting.Qualifications & Skills: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 8-10 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Generalist or similar position. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in handling employee relations, performance management, and recruitment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
