About Disney Cruise Line

Since 1998, Disney Cruise Line has led the cruise industry, offering family reconnecting, adult recharging, and children's experiences. About the Role

The Senior Specialist, Hotel Port Operations will oversee the Logistics team to support transportation, consolidation, and logistics servicing the ship.

This role partners with Walt Disney World Procurement, 3PL & Logistics Vendors, and Disney Cruise Line operations, focusing on coordination and movement of information and products from origin to destination.

Responsibilities include travel onboard Disney Adventure, maintaining LOGs, auditing operations, ensuring health, sanitation, Coast Guard compliance, and standardization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provision scheduling, setup, and communication
  • Quarterly performance reviews
  • Research of new port itineraries
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, and external vendors
  • Collaborate with Sourcing and Expeditors for shipping and requests
  • Identify process improvements
  • Cross-training onboard hotel stores
  • Ensure shipboard teams comply with LOGs and SMS policies
  • Manage Coupa systems & Receipt for F&B vendors
  • Support new itineraries, Guest, and Crew events
  • Schedule staff meetings
  • Maintain training accuracy
  • Implement inventory management systems
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in cruise line or food and beverage operations
  • Experience in hotel logistics, inventory, warehousing, 3PL, hotel storekeeping
  • Operational excellence in cruise provisions
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, databases
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
