Job description

PURPOSE

This position will report to Senior Manager, BiTS and be responsible for handling customer/vendor integration projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Gather detailed requirements related to system integration, data exchange and process workflows.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements for integration.
• Analyze existing business processes and workflows.
• Assist in designing integration solutions, including data mapping, interface specifications and middleware configuration.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure solutions meet business needs and expectations.
• Support the SDLC with test plans, test cases, and test scripts, as well as participate in integration testing.
• Participate in project planning and ensure that development aligns with business objectives.
• Ensure that applications and data adhere to security protocols and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transport management.
• Proven experience in gathering and analying business requirements for logistics or transportation projects.
• Experience in process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Experience with EDI/API integration and EDI mapping (preferably OpenText).
• Familiarity with freight management system.
