This includes applying best practices in brand governance, visual identity, storytelling, brand marketing and omni-channel engagement.

Brand and Corporate Marketing

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and brand consistency across platforms (e.g. internal staff, social media, corporate website, and mainstream media).

  • Formulate brand marketing plans for Singapore and overseas markets that SIM operates in.

  • Develop and maintain corporate brand collaterals, including corporate kits, stationery, and templates, in collaboration with Design and Procurement teams.

  • Manage on-campus branding, wayfinding, and signage, working closely with Design and Campus Infrastructure teams.

  • Provide brand advisory services and ensure organisation-wide adherence to SIM’s brand guidelines.

  • Manage and track SIM’s trademarks portfolio in coordination with external legal partners.

  • Support the planning, branding and execution of SIM-branded, co-branded and sponsored events.

  • Oversee corporate gift and merchandise development, catalogue maintenance, and stock inventory.

Content Strategy and Development

  • Support the development and implementation of a brand content strategy that builds SIM’s voice, visibility, and thought leadership.

  • Curate, create, and manage multi-media content tailored for staff, social, digital, and mainstream media channels.

  • Work with internal stakeholders and external experts to develop authentic and impactful content aligned with SIM’s values and expertise.

Brand Insights and Performance Tracking

  • Track SIM’s brand performance using media monitoring tools, social listening, and digital engagement metrics.

  • Analyse brand sentiment and media visibility to produce regular reports and insights.

  • Support the commissioning and execution of brand health studies in key markets, in partnership with external research vendors.

Editorial and Internal Projects

  • Write, edit, and curate editorial content for various platforms such as SIM’s Intranet, website, and publications.

General Departmental Support

  • Maintain the Brand team’s Intranet page and corporate brand resource library.

  • Assist in procurement and finance processes for projects.

  • Coordinate and conduct brand workshops and stakeholder briefings where needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Marketing Communications, Arts and Social Sciences, or a related discipline.

  • 4 to 7 years of professional experience in brand, corporate communications, or marketing communications, preferably within a public-facing organisation.

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience planning and executing brand-building initiatives across internal and external audiences, including both local and regional markets.

  • Demonstrated experience in developing content strategies and producing engaging multimedia content tailored to various platforms and audiences.

  • Proven track record in brand performance tracking and analytics, including media monitoring, social listening, and reporting on engagement metrics.

  • Strong writing and editing skills across formats (e.g. web, social media, internal communications). Ability to tailor tone and messaging for different audiences, including senior leadership, is a strong advantage.

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects, including collaborating with creative, production, and external vendors to deliver campaigns and branded assets.

  • Good understanding of digital and social media trends in Singapore and the region, with the ability to apply insights to drive brand engagement and innovation.

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.

  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.

  • Meticulous, proactive, and organised.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
