What You’ll Do:

• Lead the launch of our client first international café in Singapore and oversee kitchen operations.

• Build and inspire a team of chefs and hospitality professionals.

• Co-design the kitchen layout and lead R&D for new menu items.

• Drive innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Manage daily kitchen activities, inventory, staffing, and hygiene standards.

• Collaborate with other departments and handle customer feedback.

Requirements:
