Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Senior Sound Designer / Composer to join our growing audio team. This role involves creating impactful sound design for film, advertising, and branded content, while working closely with producers, creatives, and clients to shape powerful auditory experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create sophisticated sound design for advertising, film, and television at the highest level of craft
• Direct and record voice-over talent to meet client objectives and tone
• Maintain project structure, naming conventions, backups, and session archives in line with studio protocols
• Ensure technical deliverables meet all post-production and broadcast standards, including immersive formats (e.g. Dolby Atmos)
• Stay current with the latest trends in sound design, music production, and technical requirements
• Collaborate effectively with producers, clients, and composers to deliver on creative briefs
• Maintain confidentiality and treat every project with professionalism and respect
• Contribute to new business opportunities through creative excellence and studio presence
• Ability to compose and produce original music across diverse genres is a plus, but not essential to the role

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in sound design, audio post-production, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in sound, music, or audio engineering preferred
• Strong portfolio showcasing sound design and mixes for high-profile projects
• Highly proficient in Pro Tools and common industry plugins and tools
• Experience in immersive sound is a plus
• Deep understanding of creative processes and strong communication skills
• Excellent time management and technical delivery experience across varied platforms
• A musical background is advantageous but not required
