Job summary

HTX is Singapore’s world-class science and technology agency driving homeland security innovations and operational-ready solutions. The role leads solution architecture across diverse systems, balancing functional and non-functional requirements while guiding technical delivery.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in software engineering, with at least 8 years as a solution/architecture lead, and strong leadership and collaboration capabilities to work with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in software engineering and over 8 years in senior architectural/lead roles.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-site projects with in-house software products.
• Deep expertise in areas such as front end, back end, data management, QA & testing, architecture, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end solutions spanning multiple systems, apps, and platforms to meet complex requirements.
• Define technology roadmaps and architectural principles to support long-term objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and translate business vision into technical solutions.
• Oversee delivery, address integration challenges, and ensure architectural quality.
