You will be part of our Enterprise Architect Team to lead our data strategy and artificial intelligence initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Design and develop solution architecture & governance framework to support enterprise data management, analytics, and AI solutions.
Establish & maintain the enterprise data platform design & development standards, architecture guideline, and review process.
Develop & Support Data Modelling Reviews and Standards for Enterprise Data Mart and support Data Management Team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Establish best practices for data governance, security, and compliance across the organization.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders.
Evaluate and integrate AI technologies to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
Establish & maintain the enterprise AI governance framework, implementation guidelines, and review process.
Effectively collaborate with different stakeholders in the organization to drive & support the digital transformation.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with min. of 15 years of FI industry experience, with minimal 5 years of technical leadership role and proven track record to implement transformation projects.
Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role in Big Data, data warehouse, data analytics, data engineering, and AI projects.
Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL), data modelling, ETL tools.
Experience in design and implementation of Azure cloud data platform services (Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database, Azure Databricks, Azure Purview).
Experience in machine learning frameworks and AI methodologies.
Data modelling and architecting skills including data warehousing concepts, data normalization, dimensional data modelling.
Strong knowledge in security standards and practices, with experience in designing solutions to meet security requirements.
Experience in establishing the enterprise IT governance framework, process, and guidelines.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
