Job summary

Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited is seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer to ensure quality, security, and release readiness for B2B IAM applications.

You will work across front-end, back-end, and database layers, perform API and performance tests, and support secure, stable delivery in a hybrid office setting. Responsibilities include test planning, automation framework development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold Visa Development Management Methodology and cybersecurity

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience and a bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Masters graduates must have 2+ years of relevant work experience to qualify.
• Hands-on experience in test automation and full-stack testing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive test planning, design, execution, and automation for Java/.NET Core/Python and full-stack B2B IAM apps.
• Develop and maintain automated tests and frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Postman/Newman, or similar tools.
• Perform functional, regression, API, and performance testing across layers.
• Support QA environments, troubleshoot configurations, and ensure release readiness.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, security, and operations for delivery quality.
• Utilize CI/CD, code quality, and DevOps tools to improve testing and validation.
