ST Engineering is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Jurong East, Singapore, to lead the architecture, design, and development of secure enterprise-grade applications and Outlook plugins with advanced cryptographic features.

You will act as a technical authority, guiding engineering teams, enforcing secure coding practices, and shaping the product roadmap. The role demands deep technical leadership, strong communication, and a passion for delivering robust, scalable security solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in C++ and C# with 5+ years in leadership or architecture.
• Proven track record delivering secure Windows-based apps and Outlook plugins.
• Expertise in cryptographic algorithms, protocols, and secure software design.
• Strong knowledge of Visual Studio and Git; CI/CD experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own software architecture for mission-critical apps and plugins.
• Lead design and implementation of cryptographic solutions.
• Mentor engineering teams in secure coding and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements.
