What you’ll do

As a key member of the Tech Platform Team, you will bridge business needs and architectural excellence through:

• Developing advanced application infrastructure to reduce maintenance costs and foster innovation;
• Implementing organization-wide solutions using technologies such as reactive programming, temporal, vector databases, distributed systems, and gateway solutions;
• Evaluating strategic technical solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers to analyze requirements and develop technical solutions and implementation plans;
• Design, implement, and deliver software functionalities;
• Review and validate technical designs;
• Review code to ensure quality standards;
• Contribute to product backlog and roadmap execution;
• Coordinate with local and global engineering, infrastructure, and product teams.

Who you are

We seek candidates who meet the minimum qualifications. Preferred qualifications are a plus but not required.

Minimum qualifications:

• Over 5 years of back-end development experience with large-scale systems;
• Proficiency in languages such as Java (Kotlin), C++, Python, with strong design skills;
• Deep knowledge in areas like OpenResty, PostgreSQL, or Search Engine technologies.
