Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a highly capable software engineer to design, build and maintain a range of applications using C# and Python, with SQL Server databases and modern UIs.

You will participate in distributed system design and architecture, empower research teams with robust software, and ensure code quality through thorough testing, while leveraging Azure Cloud for scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and passion for software development.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures and fundamentals.
• Strong background in Object Oriented Programming, software development and testing.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET and Python is a plus.
• Relational databases (SQL and data modelling).
• Experience with Git and agile SDLC.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Good writing and communication skills; open-minded and self-starting.
• Interested in Finance and Quantitative Asset Management; strong ethics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications: C# and Python web APIs, SQL Server databases, UIs.
