Our Training & Simulation Systems business has close to 40 years of experience in delivering innovative learning, training, and simulation solutions to customers in the defence, public safety, security, and enterprise domains. You will work closely with the product manager and project leads as part of a development team to develop, test, and deploy software applications within project implementations.

Be Part of Our Success

• Interpret and review interface control documents provided by partners/customers.
• Participate in interface review meetings with stakeholders to determine data exchange requirements.
• Generate technical documents such as Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Test Procedures.
• Diagnose system issues and develop solutions, with a strong understanding of system interfaces and external system interactions.
• Assess new customer requests for existing systems to determine feasibility and implementation costs.

Qualities We Value

• At least 5 years of experience in a development role, with experience in at least one full software development cycle.
• Experience in developing and deploying web-based applications with at least 1 year of maintenance support.
• Deep understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, deployment).
• Willingness to travel to military camps in western Singapore for system checks during deployment.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Experience with GIS tools like QGIS or ArcGIS; geo-referencing skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in C# and working with existing backend applications.
• Knowledge of transferring gRPC protobufs over HTTPS between backend and frontend.
• Proficiency with MSSQL databases.
• Understanding of system hardening and network traffic impacts on deployment.
