You will work across full-stack areas, with strong emphasis on C#/.NET or Java and React/Next.js frontend where appropriate. The role includes mentoring others, promoting best practices, and shaping AI-enhanced development across projects.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in CS/SE or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET or Java.
• Experience with React/Next.js frontend (full-stack a plus).
• Production support experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
• Good testing, debugging, and code quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Craft prompts and workflows for accurate, maintainable, and secure code.
• Design and evaluate AI-generated outputs against requirements.
• Build rapid prototypes using GenAI tools toward production quality.
• Integrate AI into software delivery pipelines and DevOps.
• Perform code reviews of human-written and AI-generated code.
• Maintain documentation, prompt libraries, and reusable patterns.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers.
