Job Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Software Development

· Design, develop, debug, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions for Hire Purchase, Leasing, Factoring, and Loan ERP systems.

· Ensure compliance with project-specific development frameworks, coding standards, and industry best practices.

· Deliver fully tested, production-ready code with rigorous QA checks (unit/integration testing) before release.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirements Analysis

· Work closely with Business/Systems Analysts to translate leasing/finance domain requirements into functional, efficient code.

· Communicate progress updates proactively to IT Lead and Business Analysts, highlighting risks or blockers.

3. Quality Assurance & Version Control

· Enforce coding standards to ensure maintainability, scalability, and alignment with market conventions.

· Maintain strict version control of source code and documentation.

4. Maintenance & Continuous Improvement

· Troubleshoot and resolve post-deployment issues, ensuring system stability.

· Identify optimization opportunities in existing ERP modules (performance, usability, compliance).

Job Requirements:

Domain Expertise:

· In-depth knowledge of the Leasing Business, industry market practices and convention.

Technical Experience:

• At least 5+ years of hands-on development experience in Microsoft Technologies & Frameworks.
• Proven track record in end-to-end software development (design, development, testing, deployment).
• Experience delivering mid-to-large-scale software projects (multiple full project lifecycles).
• Proficient in SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, best practices, and associated deliverables).
• Strong database skills (analysis, design, stored procedures) in MS SQL & Oracle DB.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:

• Strong logical reasoning, troubleshooting, and solution design abilities.
• Excellent documentation and requirement analysis skills.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Fluent in English with strong verbal/written communication.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels (business users, developers, management).
