NCS is seeking a Senior/Software Engineer to design, develop and support large-scale software systems from design through production support. You will build backend services in Kotlin, develop full-stack solutions with Kotlin and ReactJS, and work with PostgreSQL to optimise data models and queries.

Responsibilities include CI/CD implementation, cloud deployment, observability, incident response and performance tuning.

Formación

Around 5 years or more of relevant experience in software engineering.
Strong fundamentals across the full development lifecycle including testing, CI/CD, deployment, observability and security.
Strong experience with Kotlin and PostgreSQL.
Experience with ReactJS and full-stack development is a plus.
Experience deploying and operating applications on cloud platforms.
Hands-on experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies.
Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

Design, build and support software products for large-scale systems.
Translate complex requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions.
Develop backend services using Kotlin with focus on performance and reliability.
Create full-stack solutions using Kotlin and ReactJS where applicable.
Design data models and queries in PostgreSQL.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Monitor, troubleshoot and improve system reliability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technical solutions.
