About the Position

The Professional Services department is responsible for the configuration and delivery of our Crew and Ops management products to airline customers and for ensuring that the solutions we deliver truly meet customer needs. We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Singapore team, solving challenging optimization problems alongside a skilled and diverse group of developers.

Position Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to configure the application to their business environment, communicating decisions and technical solutions effectively.
• Understand client needs, capture requirements, develop and configure software, perform optimization modelling and tuning, verify and test, and continuously explore ways to improve and increase value.
• Demonstrate passion for learning the airline business and contribute to workshops and stakeholder communication during requirements gathering.
• Be based in Singapore and be able to travel to customers within the APAC region as required.

Basic Qualifications / Competencies (Required)

• MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Physics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent, with programming experience.
• Experienced with Unix/Linux environments.
• Strong team‑player qualities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies (Desired)

• Python, Shell scripting, SQL, web development, Java, functional programming.
• Experience working within a Scrum or similar agile team (e.g., SAFe).
• Airline Crew Management and Jeppesen Crew product customization experience.
• Ability to speak additional languages fluently.

Typical Education & Experience

• Education/experience typically acquired through MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Physics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent programming experience.
