You will design and maintain enterprise systems, coach junior engineers, optimize performance, and ensure robust architecture while collaborating with business, QA, infrastructure, and support teams throughout the full SDLC.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C#, SQL, TIBCO BW, Java, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, MySQL.
• Experience with middleware such as Solace, Kafka, and TIBCO.
• Excellent communication skills and CET-6 English proficiency for cross-border collaboration.
• Minimum education is High School and above.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on development experience spanning web applications, manufacturing testing platforms, and financial OTC trading systems, to serve as a technical lead and mentor within our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level systems, ensuring robust architecture, maintainability, and operational efficiency
• Provide technical coaching, code review, and delivery oversight for junior engineers
• Optimize workflows and enhance legacy and mature system performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, QA, infrastructure, and support teams throughout the full SDLC - from requirements analysis to production support
• Explore and integrate AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) into development practices

Requirements

• Strong technical proficiency in C#, SQL, TIBCO Business Works (BW), Java, and ASP.NET MVC
• Experience with database development and system integration (SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, MySQL) and middleware (Solace, Kafka, TIBCO)
• Prior experience in factory production-line/testing systems and financial trading platform development is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, with CET-6 English proficiency for cross- border collaboration
• Minimum Education: High School and above
