Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a Software Developer to design, develop, test, and enhance mission-critical software for Defence and Public Security projects. You will work on agile teams, implement robust applications, and ensure compliance and documentation standards across a multi-region footprint.

You will contribute to scrum-based workflows, collaborate with users and customers, and deliver reliable software that meets evolving mission needs while upholding ST Engineering's values and quality

Qualifications

• Experience in agile software development and delivering end-to-end software solutions.
• Hands-on programming experience across modern web/mobile stacks.
• Ability to guide a team in scrum processes and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.

• Support the Lead in guiding the team in scrum process/task, Engaging with users and customers
• Build efficient software programs and systems that meet users needs
• To support new software enhancement and system configurations

• Programming well-designed, testable and efficient code that meets Software Quality Assurance standards
• Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system

• Document and maintain software functionality
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
• Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting

• Perform validation and verification testing
• Conduct user acceptance tests and External System Integration tests
• Deploy Software applications and evaluate user feedback

Qualities We Value

• Familiar with DevOps is value added
• Must be hands-on and enjoys programming.

• Prefer 4 years experience and above
